Saying Goodbye to God's Newest Angels

There are people in our lives that are given to us as true blessings from God. Our hearts are saddened, broken as we buried two such men on Monday, May13, 2019. This day will remain in my mind for a long time to come.

First, we say goodbye to a very dear friend, wonderful husband and father and all-around nice guy ... Leon Wilding. Leon had been battling various internal bodily issues since February of 2019, while at the same time had a weakened heart.

Leon Wilding, 63, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on May 6th in St. Louis. Leon was the beloved son of Francis and Lovenia (Grotewiel) Wilding. he was the devoted husband of Virginia (Lutz) for 40 years, loving father of Angela (Dan) Gartner of Sedalia and Jessica Wilding (Fred) of Kansas City, adopted father of Dana Morton, and beloved grandfather to MacAllister, Callahan, Vespyr and Aldridge Gartner, adopted grandfather to Alexzia Morton, Kyle and Kaine Nunn and beloved son-in-law of Pearl Lutz. Leon was anxiously awaiting the birth of his first great-grandchild, Remi.
