OAOA Spring Speakers Schedule

•    March 21 – Rapid Access and the File of Life
In this potentially life-saving program, the St. Charles County Ambulance District will distribute free medical information forms (medical history, medications, allergies, contacts, etc.) to be filled out and kept in a handy magnetic container. In the event of an emergency, the information could help EMT personnel save time in providing medical treatment.
•    April 18 – The Spicy Side of Life
Presented by Lutheran Senior Services, the program features a fun comparison of spices and personalities.
•    May 16 –         Laughter Yoga
Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Jodi Hart’s enjoyable program explains the health benefits of laughter and encourages participants to try easy, stress-busting Laughter Yoga (Hasya Yoga) exercises that will leave everyone feeling great.
